Currently on the drawing board the Hawthorn House is a new build on challenging site. Located in a heritage zone with flood overlay the irregular shaped site is a design challenge in balancing neighbourhood character and regulatory requirements all whilst delivering the clients brief for a contemporary home that that can take advantage of the leafy setting that drew them to live there.
