The project involves the renovation of an existing mid 90's built home with an entire new design aesthetic. The front of the house will be demolished and a new 3 level house including basement will be constructed to provide a classic design modern approach. The new works will build on the already well layout out floorplan providing better linkage to the outdoor areas with new separate living zones for the family to come together and escape to privacy when ever the need arises.
